Technical brief introduction:
Oxygen is one of the important industrial gasses, which is used
widely in steel and iron industry, colored metallurgy, chemical
industry, energy conservation in kiln stoves, environmental
protection (sewage treatment, trash burning and so on), glass,
paper making, medicine and so on. With the emergence of lithium
molecular sieve absorbent in 1990s, the technique of air adsorption
and separation under live pressure and oxygen manufacture has been
developing rapidly as a new technique of low cost and has been used
widely since then.
Based on its independently developed and produced lithium-based
absorbent for air separation and oxygen manufacture PU-8, which is
new and highly effective and of international advanced level,
Peking University Pioneer Science & Technology Co. Ltd.
Attached to Beijing University has successfully developed the
technique of air adsorption and separation under live pressure and
oxygen manufacture and the unique technique of air current spreader
design as well, which has solved the problem of air current
distribution uniformity in shallow adsorbing bed of large diameter
and realized the production of oxygen manufacture installment of
large scale. This technique has won the First Award of Advancement
in Science and Technology by Education Ministry in 2006.
According to the user’s requests, Peking University Pioneer Science
& Technology Co. Ltd. can provide the technique of air
adsorption and separation under live pressure and oxygen
manufacture and its complete set of equipment, or cooperate with
the user in the way of renting equipment, providing gas for them on
the spot and so on. And we can also carry on the technological
transformations for the oxygen manufacture equipment that the user
has with the highly effective absorbent for air separation and
oxygen manufacture PU-8.
Performance index:- oxygen manufacture scale: 10~20000Nm3/h
- oxygen purity: adjustable between 21% and 95%
- energy consumption in oxygen manufacture: 0.32~0.37KWh/Nm3 when oxygen purity is 90%
Technical characteristics and their advantages:- Low energy consumption in oxygen manufacture: the electricity
consumption is 10~30% lower compared with the domestic similar
technology.
